This group is focused on living with autoimmune disorders in the most productive and successful manner available.

That end will be achieved by:

  • Hearing each other’s messages
  • Listening to other voices with valuable information to share
  • Committing to be positive, understanding and encouraging

HELP YOURSELF BY HELPING OTHERS: Leona Wolk
Leona has an amazing personal story; not autoimmune but life-long and affecting all aspects of her journey.  She believe each of us can make differences with small acts of great love and kindness.  The relationships she has formed to help her "make it" are available to all. No one said life circumstances are easy but they can be experienced with positive results and even joy.

Leona received the 2018-2019 Washington State Humanitarian Award thru the Veterans of Foreign Wars Women's Auxiliary for Homeless Veterans and their families.
